This is Liora School!

Here, we are firmly engaged to influence and light up our World through right, relevant and peer leading education. Our curriculum and procedure are a fusion of the best practices and processes from around the world.

We have diligently selected a mellifluous core of instructors and support staff of prime quality in the industry that are regularly subjected to courses and trainings. All our Pre – School and Basic School instructors have been exposed to Montessori training. All our instructors have also been exposed to and are grounded in the use and implementation of the British curriculum, Nigerian curriculum, Jolly phonics and grammar, 21st century class management techniques as well as proper use of English and diction.

One of our major persuasions is to bring theories to life. In furtherance of this, our pupils are exposed to- outdoor learning programs, production and exhibition of art and science projects, debates, math skills, spelling tests, fashion runway project, chess, music theory and practical, contemporary dance and ballet classes, oratory and drama projects, French speaking classes; diction and etiquette classes among many other programs.

Within each year we host major outdoor programs that take our pupils to industries and vocational workshops to ensure they get firsthand experience on the implementation of theories taught at school. We also host a “Family-fun-day” program to help build healthier families, and relationships. Our international cultural events look at different continents, and tribes in Nigeria, to help us appreciate our environment to influence it better.

Liora has indeed come a long way. We started with no fewer than 20 pupils in the Pre and Basic school, on the 1st of August 2015. Today we tutor hundreds and have stepped up to influence our world at the College (secondary school) level. At our Basic School and College levels, we have recorded no less than 90% success in most external examinations our students have engaged in, ranging from the Federal to State Examinations; as well as won series of trophies and medals from several competitions within and outside the state. To mention but a few, these competitions include: The American Mathematics Competition, International Kangaroo Mathematics Competition, Solve It Mathematics Competition, Spell It Competition, Bilingual Spelling Bee Competition, Nigerian Spelling Bee competition, Garden City Spelling Bee Competition, Tender Chess Competition, Rivers State Taekwondo Competition, Olympiad Science Competition, Spark-Fest Dance Competition, among several others.
