Liora School is managed by a board, headed by the Director of Studies and Projects. The board is made up of seasoned educationists and entrepreneurs who are charged with the responsibility of making major and long term decisions affecting school.

The day-to-day functioning of the 3 sections of Liora school is the responsibility of the Director of Studies, Heads of the respective Schools and supervisors; working hand – in glove with our staff of unquestionable competence.

In employment of Liora school staff, the following factors were taken into account:

1  Good mental and physical health

2  Experience and enjoyment of child care- ability to teach young children with required patience.

3  Educational qualification/ related work experience in child development per job group-

• College/ Basic school teacher: Minimum of bachelor’s degree or its equivalent;
• Pre-school teacher: Minimum of National Certificate in Education (NCE) or its equivalent.
• Care-givers: Minimum of 5 credits (Mathematics and English included) in senior secondary school certificate
